The data provided by the 2006 Census are a snapshot of the country on May 16, 2006, based on the municipal boundaries of January 1, 2006.

Since the geographic framework for the census is established according to the geographic areas in effect January 1, 2006, restructuring that took place after this date is not found in this application.
